3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
To arrange for a service, the following is required:
- A minimum age requirement of 18 years
- Accurate and up-to-date personal information
- Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions
- Ensuring access to the premises at agreed times
3.2 Confirmation
A booking is regarded as confirmed solely upon our issuance of a written acknowledgment. We reserve full discretion to decline services to anyone.
3.3 Service Availability
Availability of services is based on the availability of technicians and accessibility of the site. We will strive to meet your preferred scheduling requests.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All service quotes are provided in £ and tax-inclusive except where indicated. Prices can change without prior notification.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Immediate services: Payment upon completion
- Orders above £1,000: 50% deposit at time of booking
- Outstanding balances: Payable upon completion of the project
- Additional costs, if any: Payable at the time of completion
4.3 Methods of Payment
We accept a variety of payment methods including major credit cards, electronic bank transfers, and certified checks. We process payments securely with encryption technologies.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- Over 48 hours before scheduled service: Full deposit refund
- Between 24-48 hours before service: 50% refund of the deposit
- Less than 24 hours prior to service: Deposit is non-refundable
- Cancellations of emergency services: Subject to a £100 fee
5.2 Emergency Service Guarantee
For urgency calls, we commit to a response within 2 hours. If we fail to do so for reasons outside of our control, we will:
- Offer a discount of 20% on the emergency call fee
- Arrange priority rescheduling of your service at the earliest opportunity
5.3 Project Postponement
Should there be delays in the project due to unexpected site conditions or materials, we will inform you of the new timelines and adjust schedules as needed.
6. Safety and Site Conduct
6.1 Safety Protocols
Property owners must:
- Ensure safe and unhindered access to job sites
- Reveal any potential hazards
- Keep children and animals away from the work areas
- Heed safety advice from our technicians
6.2 Preparation of the Site
It is the customer's responsibility to:
- Rid workspaces of personal items
- Secure sufficient space for operations
- Manage pets during service provision
- Notify adjacent properties about the forthcoming works
6.3 Conduct
A safe work environment must be provided by the customer. Should site conditions threaten safety, we reserve the right to suspend our services.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Liability
Our culpability is constrained to the cost of services provided. We are exempt from liability for:
- Prevalent plumbing defects
- Damage due to concealed imperfections
- Secondary damages arising from service interruptions
- Complications stemming from improper maintenance
7.2 Insurance
Our operations are protected by comprehensive liability coverage. Property owners should maintain their own insurance policies.
7.3 Warranty
We furnish warranties for our craftsmanship as detailed in your service contract. Guarantees for materials and equipment are provided by the manufacturers
8. Adjustments to Projects
We reserve authority to amend project plans due to on-site conditions, regulatory compliance, or material availability. Any alterations will be confirmed prior to implementation.
9. Force Majeure
We are not to be held accountable for impediments, cancellations, or modifications that emerge from events outside our control, including but not restricted to:
- Extreme meteorological conditions
- Disasters of natural origin
- Governmental decrees
- Disruptions in utility services
- Interruptions in supplies of materials
10. Privacy and Data Security
Your private data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. By engaging our services, you consent to our data collection and usage as outlined.
11. Ownership of Content
Our website content, including texts, visuals, logos, and images, is secured under copyright and trademark legislations. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or derivative creation is prohibited without express permission.
12. Legal Framework
