For urgent plumbing services, we promise a response within 2 hours. Should we fail to uphold this commitment:

  • Discount: 20% off the service call charge
  • Priority Service: Your service request is escalated for the earliest possible slot
  • Credit: A service credit for subsequent emergencies

Medical Emergency Refunds
